The complex of R&D work under the Plan of "Gazprom" activities in the area of development and exploitation of the energy resources of the Russian Federation shelf and enhancement of safety for the marine oil and gas objects.

                           

Hydrographic and geophysical surveys with the aim to define and substantiate the outer limit of the Russian Federation continental shelf in the Arctic Ocean. The volume of work for hydrographic survey in 2010 was 14064 lin km. The volume of work for seismic survey in 2011 was 6334 lin km.

Exploration of the "Nord Stream" pipeline routes in the Gulf of Finland with the aim to detect and identify the dangers of technogenous origin and to carry out the joint operations with the Navy for their removal.

 

The complex design of the marine traffic routes and aids to navigation systems.

The marine engineering explorations intended to develop, design and carry out the construction work in the RF ports (Taman, Prigorodnoye, Ust-Luga, Vysotsk, Primorsk, Posyet, De-Kastry, Vanino).

 

The complex of international marine explorations of the global climate change in the East Siberian Sea, the Bering Sea and the Chukchi Sea in the framework of the long-term Russian-American program of the Arctic studies RUSALCA (Joint Russian-American Long-term Census of the Arctic).

The navigation-hydrographic support for maritime operations in development and exploitation of oil and gas fields (Platforms Orlan, Lun-A, PA-B, Prirazlomnaya & others).

  Development of the Concept of navigation-hydrographic support for the RF maritime activities and preparation of the principal provisions of the Federal law "On navigation-hydrographic support".
